Built in 1863, the Star of India is the oldest iron hulled sailing ship that still sails. It is currently a museum in San Diego. Comic-Con is also in San Diego. When Ubisoft wanted a pirate ship the natural course of action was to pack up the museum and move it to the convention center where we turned it into an immersive Black Flag experience. Three floors of engagement awaited fans including the coveted sneak peak player demo with the developers.

While aboard the ship, fans could view the new single player gameplay demo, with an insider’s perspective from the development team and play the acclaimed multiplayer mode, including customized game modes.
