In just six weeks a double decker bus was sourced, designed, fabricated and then shipped to NYC for it’s maiden voyage. The results were stunning. Below are some pictures of the transformation.

Downstairs kitchen theater where the celeb chefs would engage with guests about the menu, ingredients and how to make the most of their dining experience.
Upstairs
After the guests enjoyed a welcome drink and talk from Chef they moved upstairs for the open air dining. If weather didn’t permit the pop up roof would retain it’s wall creating an atrium-like dining experience.
